Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans and document changes while promoting safety, dignity and independence in a warm, resident-centered environment.

The role emphasizes meaningful interaction, helping with dining services, and contributing to memory-care experiences for residents with memory loss. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, age 18 or older.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and grooming.
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
Support dining services and keep a clean, welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
