Job summary

Thereserveatfairhope is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our senior living community in Fairhope, Alabama. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor residents, and document changes to support safe, quality care.

You will assist with daily living activities, help with transfers, transport residents for appointments, and participate in activities. The role requires a high school diploma, CNA certificate, CPR/First Aid, and physical ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Nursing Assistant Training Program certificate (State Board approved) if required.
CPR and First Aid certification if required.

Responsibilities

Observe residents for changes, report to nursing supervisor, and document daily care and red flags.
May check and record vital signs, weights and other duties per state regulations.
Assist residents with bathing, oral care, toileting, dressing, and ADL training.
Encourage participation in activities and assist residents to activities.
Assist transfers and ambulation; provide transportation for residents as needed.
Respond to urgent calls; perform other duties as assigned.
