Villas of Holly Brook in Springfield, IL is seeking a Resident Aide (CNA/RA) to join our team. This full-time position offers 30 to 40 hours weekly with duties including daily living assistance, medication supervision, and resident support.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Weekend shifts required; able to work various schedules.

Responsibilities

• Medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and escorting residents.
• Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• May perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
