Qualifications

• Prior experience in memory care (Alzheimer’s, dementia, or related conditions) is essential.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and redirection for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene.
• Support clients in managing medication routines.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Encourage conversations and social interaction.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in condition.
