Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant for a part-time 2nd shift in Severndale, MD. This role requires coordinating with nursing staff to supervise and support memory care residents and families, with attention to regulatory compliance and patient well-being.

The position emphasizes direct supervision of clinical staff, education for residents and families, and adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents and families.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with basic software.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Memory Care or Recreations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administration
