Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking a compassionate Activities Aide to support programs that enrich residents in Memory Care. In this part-time role, you will help plan and lead engaging activities, encourage participation, and foster well-being in a warm, mission-driven environment.

Hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, 6 days per pay period with rotating weekends and holidays. You will observe and document resident engagement, support care planning, and collaborate with families to

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating resident activity programs
• Encourage participation in recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities
• Observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, and engagement
• Report and chart observations to support care planning and progress evaluation
• Participate in community planning related to resident interests and family needs
• Interview residents and family members to gather activity preferences and background information
• Support a welcoming, respectful, and engaging environment for all residents
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
