Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group seeks a Cemetery Caretaker at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on grounds maintenance, grave site locations, interments, entombments, and facility cleaning to uphold dignified cemetery and funeral home surroundings.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, memorialization work, and minor repairs, with a strong emphasis on safety, respect, and quality service for families and the community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in grounds keeping and/or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds keeping including mowing, edging, and clearing debris.
• Clean and maintain funeral home and mausoleum facilities.
• Assist with interments, memorialization, and related tasks.
• Provide minor repairs and painting as needed.
