Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Membrane Fabricator in Minnesota to operate advanced membrane coating equipment, perform chemical handling, and ensure quality. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, data entry into SAP, and strict adherence to safety policies.

A background in machine operation and willingness to work with chemicals are essential. Starting pay is $23.00/hour (21 base + 2 adder) with a $3/night differential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a machine operator or 6 months as a membrane operator.
• Ability to lift/handle up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work with chemicals (solvents, acids) and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean membrane production equipment.
• Enter production data into database, forms, logs, and SAP.
• Monitor and document raw material and final product quality and adjust coating processes as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including LOTO and confined space rules.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration procedures and assist in process changes.
