Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote AAA memberships, assist with travel planning, and support roadside services. The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and sales-driven goals in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hourly pay ($14–$18), a monthly incentive, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site role requires a high school diploma and may involve notary eligibility with training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Pre-employment and post-employment screenings including criminal, drug, and vendor-specific checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag & title services, and ID services as needed.
