Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a friendly and energetic Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador) to engage travelers, explain CLEAR’s benefits, and convert interactions into memberships at airport and partner locations. You will deliver top-tier customer service, meet daily sales targets, and learn multiple product offerings while maintaining high security standards.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Open availability and flexibility for various shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: engage travelers and convert interactions into enrollments.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and address inquiries.
• Maintain Security and Safety adherence during operations.
• Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
