Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Atlanta is seeking personable sales-oriented team members to drive membership sales in a commission-based setting. You will engage with leads, promote infrared sauna benefits, and schedule follow-up visits while ensuring guests feel welcome.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is offered. The role supports a flexible Saturday/Sunday schedule with opportunities for advancement and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent attendance history and reliability required.
Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
Administer studio tours for new guests.
Answer all questions about services and the facility.
Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
Maintain and organize the towel supply area.
