Job summary

Waves Express Car Wash in Greenville, SC is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Associate (MSA) to help customers understand Wash Club memberships and services. You will be on the front lines delivering a welcoming experience, meeting daily sales goals, and representing the Waves brand with pride.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Wash Club Memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and create a positive, welcoming experience.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Waves brand with pride.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and presentable sales area.
• Remain present in the sales lanes during varying weather conditions and be prepared to stand for extended periods.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
