Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
- Administer studio tours for new guests.
- Answer all questions about services and the facility.
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
- Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.
