Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a customer-focused team member to educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and to meet sales targets. You will schedule sessions, answer phones, and help with questions, creating a welcoming experience for members.

Training is provided, and strong communication with clients is essential. The role emphasizes relationship-building, follow-ups, and inviting prospects to book sessions to help people move and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets.
