Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager for Parker, AZ. This hybrid role is 90% field-based with 10% remote work, servicing Parker and surrounding counties.

You will build relationships, educate communities about AMCN memberships, and drive sales through a consultative process. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and roughly 3 years in field sales (B2C/B2B) with comfort traveling locally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• 3 years of field sales experience in B2C or B2B; experience in rural markets is a plus.
• Comfort with frequent travel and building relationships in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field across Parker and nearby areas, engaging businesses and consumers to promote AMCN membership.
• Develop Relationships: generate leads via door-to-door outreach, referrals, local events and partnerships.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close using a consultative approach.

Membership Sales Manager – Parker, AZ Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote) Candidate must live within 75 miles of Parker, AZ Territory includes the following counties: Parker, La Paz and Mohave Counties, AZ

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000Two fixed base salary options are available — $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable). Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership throughout Parker, AZ and the surrounding region. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of rural Arizona communities, values face-to-face relationships, and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence in the areas they serve. Through consistent local engagement and relationship-building, you will develop a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory goals and team performance.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, employers, and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Parker, and surrounding communities, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership in rural and remote areas where emergency air medical transportation can be especially important.
• Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, chamber of commerce activities, first responder partnerships, healthcare outreach events, and community networking opportunities throughout area.
• Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN’s services to the real-life needs of families, employees, and business owners across the territory.
• Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility across the territory.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent travel is essential.
• Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in rural, relationship-driven markets is a strong plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.
