Job summary

MOJO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Lead to greet guests, present the Unlimited Wash Club, and convert single-wash customers into members on the spot while keeping lines moving.

You will own daily membership numbers at your site, set the tone for the sales culture, and drive growth in memberships and paid wash traffic. This role rewards performance with incentives and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Natural closer who enjoys sales and hits targets.
• Outgoing, high energy personality with strong people skills.
• Prior sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pay station and promote the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Enroll new members on the spot and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Upsell wash packages and add-ons to increase paid volume.
• Track conversion rates and membership counts; report results to site leadership.
• Keep the pay lane moving quickly and answer questions about plans and billing.
• Represent the MOJO brand with a positive, can-do attitude in all weather.
