BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a motivated member services associate to execute acquisition, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell programs.

You’ll handle member questions, returns, exchanges, and pickup support, delivering fast, friendly service. You will promote the value of memberships, drive sign-ups to various programs, and maintain club policies while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for members and teammates.

Qualificações

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises. There may be occasional contact with cleaning agents.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
