Super Star Car Wash in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to guide customers through membership options with a consultative approach. You will learn our Be Super selling method and help drive revenue by upselling unlimited car wash plans.

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products. What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old

• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.

(Base Pay $17.25 - $17.75/hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)
