Job summary

ModWash invites you to join our team as a Guest Experience Member at our McDonough, GA location. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver outstanding customer service, educate guests on membership options, and help them choose the right packages for value and savings.

You will actively engage customers during the wash experience, strive for 100% satisfaction, and contribute to meeting sales goals while ensuring the facility remains clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
