Job summary

Stretch Zone is looking for a customer-focused individual to support member success in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will educate members on practitioner-assisted stretching benefits and meet performance and sales targets. You'll create a welcoming environment by scheduling sessions and addressing member inquiries.

Preferred candidates have sales or customer service experience, clear communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission with a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
• 20-40 hours per week depending on availability - at $17/hour + 7% commission
