Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Manchester and Glastonbury is hiring a Membership Manager who loves people, sales, and delivering exceptional gym experiences. You’ll build relationships, promote our story, and help new members begin their fitness journeys.

You’ll drive membership sales, hit targets, onboard new members, and collaborate with trainers to execute promotions and events, ensuring every member enjoys a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Sell: Build relationships through community outreach, referrals, calls, and texts to share our story and inspire people to begin their fitness journey.

• Onboard New Members: Welcome new members, introduce them to the club, support their first workouts, and set them up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Connect & Sell Build relationships through community outreach, referrals, calls, and texts. Share our story and inspire people to begin their fitness journey.

Close the Deal Drive new membership sales, achieve performance goals, and create an outstanding first impression for every prospective member.

Onboard New Members Help new members feel welcome by introducing them to the club, supporting their first workouts, and setting them up for long-term success.

Be a Team Player Partner with trainers and fellow team members to execute promotions, events, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
