The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Membership Manager to drive membership growth and meet sales goals in a high-energy gym environment. You will convert conversations into memberships while leading by example and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will coach and develop the team daily through role play and feedback, supporting continuous improvement and career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leading teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are a plus.
• Able to meet individual and team sales targets.
