Job summary

Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club, part of Troon, is seeking a Member Relations Director to serve as the Club Ambassador. This individual will ensure high service levels for all members and guests, drive marketing strategies, and oversee membership communications within the club.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in private club marketing, a Bachelor's degree, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Join Troon, a global leader in golf management, and contribute to a dynamic and energetic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private or semi-private club sales and marketing.
• High-end hospitality experience in a sales role is also considered.
• Must be motivated, goal-driven, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests as the Club Ambassador.
• Develop and execute membership marketing strategies.
• Facilitate production of all membership-related materials.
