• Develop information on Membership benefits and promote the value of company products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
• Complete work assignments and priorities while collaborating with others.
• Provide Member service by identifying needs and resolving issues.
• Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures.
• Fulfill orders and ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.
