Life Time in Orlando is seeking a Membership Concierge II to service member accounts, deliver programs, and engage guests. You will grow your hospitality skills through certification progression and craft a personalized succession plan.
The role handles inbound and outbound member inquiries, educates on club programming, processes membership changes, supports new sales and retention, and participates in problem-solving to ensure exceptional experiences.

Candidates for this position must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours at a time and demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
