Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs is hiring a Membership Advisor in a fast-paced gym environment in Philadelphia. You will turn conversations into memberships, maintain a high-energy presence, and help members get the most from our club offerings.

You’ll be the fitness hype person who educates, inspires, and delivers a first-class experience while working toward ambitious sales goals. A competitive compensation package includes base pay, commission, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a service or gym environment preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and turn conversations into memberships.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.

Key Details

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
