Anytime Fitness is seeking a part-time Membership Advisor in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You’ll be the friendly first face for members, help with tours, memberships, and answer questions, while keeping the club clean and answering calls.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning)
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members
• Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining
• Give tours and help guests choose the right membership
• Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes
• Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email
• Assist with simple daily operations and checklists

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be one of the first faces people see when they walk in. You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. What You’ll Do
