Job summary

Anytime Fitness Bradenton West in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Membership Advisor to welcome members, answer phones, provide tours, and help them choose the right membership. This entry-level role includes maintaining a clean, inviting club and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning).
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members.
• Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining.
• Give tours and help guests choose the right membership.
• Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes.
• Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email.
• Assist with simple daily operations and checklists.

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be one of the first faces people see when they walk in. You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. What You’ll Do
