Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a friendly, energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist (MSS) to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them to members. The role emphasizes lively conversation, relationship-building, and a passion for Pilates and community.

The MSS will support the Studio Manager with sales, tours, and events, and will benefit from free Pilates classes, commissions, and growth opportunities within the studios.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, via text, and email.
• Public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a results focus.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional in execution of duties.
• Able to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Adequate hearing to understand conversations in person and on the phone.
• Reliable transportation to studio and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, membership sales, and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, text, and email channels.
• Conduct studio tours and engage with individuals to build relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Meet or exceed assigned studio sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Member Sales and Support Specialists MUST be comfortable chatting and building connections on the phone with prospects. This is a SALES position. Is one of your talents the ability to sell anything to anyone at any time?! In this role, you will be required to sell Pilates to anyone and everyone that reaches out! Pilates and/or fitness knowledge or background is helpful but not required. We are looking for a part of our studio hype squad!!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking
