Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) seeks an experienced Member Value Consultant to deliver remote and onsite consulting on Work Management Solutions, driving product utilization and best practices for utility and communications clients.

You will analyze usage data, prioritize opportunities, and deliver training to members and internal stakeholders. Willingness to travel to member locations is required, with involvement in workshops and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
• Advanced knowledge of the utility industries and communications industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite consulting and implementation services to members around product utilization and best practices.
• Analyze internal data to prioritize opportunities and provide a plan.
• Develop and deliver software training to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate and present at related workshops and industry events.
