Job summary

Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time.

As a customer-facing team member you’ll educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching, schedule sessions, answer calls, and support member success.

This role includes training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, growth‑minded company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets.
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns.
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement.
