Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
Cash handling experience in financial institution or retail establishment.
Proficient with computer applications and systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provides high quality member service and performs transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, money orders, cashier’s checks).
Advises members on products and services and makes referrals to meet financial goals.
Supports a sales and services driven culture while complying with regulations.
Opens and closes the branch and balances cash and vault operations.
Ensures accuracy and security of transactions and maintains internal controls.
