Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is seeking an entry-level Member Specialist to assist AAA members with insurance and membership services in our branch network. You will engage customers in person and over the phone, learn multiple products, and contribute to cross-selling goals.

You will receive paid training, a benefits package, and opportunities to advance based on performance, with a welcoming team and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide services to AAA members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and billing

• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties
• Be available during branch hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm)

In this role you will:

• Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are closed weekends and most holidays.
