Responsibilities

• Creates value by actively engaging Members during account transactions and advising on Centra products and services.
• Performs Member account maintenance and outbound calling to Members, promoting products and services.
• Proactively assists Members in solving financial needs and goals.
• Engages in required Learning Path for continued development and Centra certification.
