Elijahhouseliving is seeking a front-end team member to greet members, assist with order loading, and manage checkout support while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the front-end area.

The role involves stocking, helping with self-checkouts, maintaining signage, and assisting in other departments as needed. Candidates should be reliable, customer-focused, and able to operate basic equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high level member service.
• Assist with loading orders onto conveyor belt and packing accordingly.
• Inform members about promotions and assist cashier with item counting.
• Assist with self-checkouts and monitor for errors.
• Keep front-end area clean and organized; handle spills promptly.
• Perform setup and closing tasks for the department.
• Move pallets from receiving to storage or sales floor.
• Assist with stocking and signage creation.
• Label unmarked products with item numbers.
• Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and safety procedures.
• Assist in other departments as necessary.
• Operate vehicles or machinery as required.
