Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3 months related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of state and federal laws.
• Must be service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions, including new memberships, deposits and withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Respond to account inquiries and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Meet goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance.
• Handle transactions accurately in-branch and by phone, resolving member issues with knowledge.
• Follow policies and procedures to mitigate risk and perform daily branch operations.
• Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture across staff and members.
