Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based in Austin, TX, is hiring for a front desk position in Tulsa. The role centers on delivering exceptional member service, processing sign-ups, tours, and account updates, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and safety.

The team focuses on punctuality, reliability, and professional interactions, including mask compliance and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced fitness club environment. Growth opportunities exist across the network.

Qualifications

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take tours then assist with the new account sign-up process.
• Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions in a timely and professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for next day.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Stand and walk continually during shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Mask up and follow safety protocols.

We are Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX with 130+ clubs and growing! Since 2016, we have grown from 16 locations in TX to over 90 locations in 6 states in great markets like Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and NW Arkansas.
