Job summary

Archimedes in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Member Services Representative to join a hybrid team (3 days in office, 2 days remote after 90 days). You will handle inbound and outbound member calls in a dedicated call center, delivering high-quality service and resolving issues with patience and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service and at least 1 year in a call center, with availability to start shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM CST.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering excellent service in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment (excluding home healthcare).
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• Must be available to work 8 hour shifts with starting times between 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM CST.

We are looking for a Member Services Representative to work a Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 days at home after 90 days based in our Brentwood, TN office. This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to members utilizing processes and technology within a call center.
