Job summary

Advancial Federal Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused associate at our Lafayette, LA branch. You will provide outstanding member service, process financial transactions in person and by phone, and identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience or training. Compensation is on-site at Lafayette (306 Kaliste Saloom Rd) with a schedule including at least two Saturdays per month.

• Perform accurate and efficient financial transactions in person and by phone
• Identify and recommend products or services to improve members' financial well-being
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Resolve member issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations
• Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing activities as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment

Education

Compensation

$16-18 hourly. This position is on site at the Lafayette Branch at 306 Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA, 70508. Must be available to work at least two Saturday shifts each month.
