A growing fitness club chain is seeking Membership Sales Representatives in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will engage with members, drive sales, and help prospective members on their fitness journey. Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing personality and a desire for personal/professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all members and guests with a smile.
• Driving membership sales and generating leads.
• Touring new or potential members and ensuring cleanliness.
• Tour facilities for prospective members and showcase features.
• Generate leads through outreach and referrals.
• Collect outstanding balances from current members when needed.
• Answer phones, check in members, and make sales calls.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
• Create engaging social media opportunities to promote events and programs.
