Job summary

Select Source International in Akron, OH is seeking a Member Services Representative for a seasonal contract. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a hybrid arrangement and potential onsite duties during the assignment.

The four weeks of in-person orientation/training will prepare you to handle enrollment, benefits, eligibility, billing, claims and authorizations while maintaining confidentiality and quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with Medicare and/or Health Insurance is strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members by phone, email, or in person.
• Assist members with questions regarding enrollment, benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, and authorizations.
• Accurately document member inquiries and complaints while ensuring timely resolution.
• Meet departmental quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of member health information and comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent member service.

• Training: Approximately 4 weeks of in-person orientation/training
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Candidates may be required to work onsite during the assignment)
• Important: Candidates must live within the Akron/Canton area to be considered.

Minimum Qualifications
