Job summary

Sam's Club in Douglasville, GA is seeking a customer-focused associate to support Membership benefits, process memberships and orders, and ensure accurate packing and delivery to Members. You will scan items, wrap and palletize, and keep the sales floor safe while assisting customers with purchases.

Salary ranges from $17.00–$25.00 per hour with additional premiums possible. Comprehensive benefits include health, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting value of products and services
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and pulling items
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions
• Provide Member service to resolve issues and support purchasing decisions
• Follow Open Door Policy and Walmart values in daily work and interactions
