Responsibilities

• Communicate and promote the YMCA mission to employees, volunteers and the community.
• Provide excellent service to members, guests and participants in person and by phone.
• Conduct interviews and tours for prospective members and promote memberships.
• Build relationships with members and connect them with the YMCA.
• Handle membership concerns and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Membership Director.
