Alero Financial in Bristol, CT is seeking a Branch MSR to handle member transactions, analyze member needs, and cross-sell products. The role supports the Branch Manager in delinquency control and adheres to all laws, policies, and the credit union's creed and goals.

Responsibilities include processing accounts, assisting inquiries, balancing cash drawers, and generating reports. The position requires strong math and communication skills and some travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Minimum one year of cash-handling experience or teller/MSR experience.
• Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills.
• Limited travel may be necessary.
• Ability to travel to other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform member financial transactions and account maintenance.
• Analyze member requests to determine financial needs and cross-sell products.
• Assist Branch Manager with delinquency and negative shares control.
• Resolve member problems and follow up to members' satisfaction.
• Generate leads for Business Development Officer and participate in business development activities.
• Sell credit union services that benefit both member and credit union.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports.
