Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Processes member transactions accurately while following procedures to prevent fraud and loss.
• Provides services such as opening/closing accounts, processing loans, and maintaining accounts.
• Follows MSR/FSR balancing procedures at shift end and verifies cash totals.
• Resolves member requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information and supports lobby operations.
