BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to process member purchases, manage payments and assist with membership options. You will help ensure accurate transactions and maintain a welcoming front-line environment for members.

Responsibilities include addressing member inquiries, supporting club policies, and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient store floor. Strong customer service is essential to success in this role.

Formación

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including scanning merchandise, accepting payments and handling basic membership tasks.
• Provide excellent member service and maintain a clean, organized frontline area.
• Assist with membership questions, renewals and program details as needed.
