Responsibilities

• Operate the check-out or membership desk in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Process member purchases and renewals with accuracy and friendliness.
• Assist with scanning merchandise and handling payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the front-line area and assist in club housekeeping.
• Help members with membership options, upgrades, and rewards redemption.
• Support other departments as needed and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
