Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mon–Fri and 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM Sat.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations.
• Assist members with products and services and enroll in self-service options.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to image standards.
• Identify improvements to member and employee experiences.
