Daily activities include handling phone and in-person inquiries, processing deposits and withdrawals, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records in the core banking system. The role also involves promoting appropriate financial solutions, educating members on digital services, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for every member interaction. Member Service Representatives collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold compliance and security standards.
