Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to join a fast-paced banking contact center. You will assist members via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and process transfers and payments.

This long-term contract role offers 100% on-site hours with potential to go permanent after 6-9 months. Background checks and education verification are required. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and the schedule runs Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in high-volume call center or customer service or banking/financial services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with multiple computer systems and digital tools.
• Able to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Onsite and remote work possible as business needs require.
• Criminal background check, credit check, drug screen, and education verification required.

Hours/Location/Pay/etc.:

• Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm & Saturday, 8:30am-2:30pm *Saturday Shifts are rotated between staff
• Role is 100% onsite Pay is $18/hr while temp Role is Temp-to-Hire (will hire in 6-9 months depending on performance) HOUSE32
